Shipping Information

Shipping Days: Orders are shipped on Mondays and Tuesdays

Tracking: All orders will be provided with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress

Courier companies: Purolator, UPS, FedEx

Estimated Arrival Time: Most orders will arrive within 1-2 days with Express shipping and within 1-4 days with Ground shipping

Shipping Delays: If you need us to delay the shipping of your order, we can keep it for one week

Shipping to Rural Areas: We only ship to locations where the estimated delivery time is 4 days or less. If you live in a rural area, we will contact you via email to discuss your options. Additional fees may apply.




Shipping Risks

Plants should not be left outside when temperatures are below 10°C. We recommend that you or the recipient be available to receive the package promptly upon arrival. We can also send parcels to Fedex and Purolator Drop off location, where a parcel will wait for you inside

As we are shipping live plants, please understand that there is always some inherent risk involved in transit. While we take every care in packing your order, we cannot control factors such as weather conditions, mishandling by couriers, or delays during shipment. Damage to plants during transit is unfortunately a possibility.

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to us, and we will assist you in filing a lost parcel claim. However, please note that couriers do not accept claims for damaged live plants

A heat pack and insulation are included when the night temperature drops below 3°C. While it reduces the risks for a parcel to be frozen, it can't guarantee that a courier will keep it warm. Please prioritize express service to limit the time on the way.

Pickup

If you prefer to pick up your order, pickup is available in front of the Eglinton West Subway Station (Everden road)

Please include your preferred pickup time in the comments at checkout, and we will email you to confirm the best time for you.

Please arrive to pick up your order only after we have confirmed the time.

Same-Day Delivery for Toronto & GTA

We’re excited to offer same-day delivery for customers in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). To ensure a fast and reliable delivery, we use either the FleetNow service or handle deliveries ourselves, depending on the circumstances of your order. Some orders are delivered by us in-person.

How to Schedule Your Delivery: When placing your order, simply add your desired date and time for delivery in the comments section at checkout. We will email you to confirm the details of your delivery.

Please be ready to pick up your order from the first floor of your building. Our delivery service will ensure a smooth drop-off to your specified location.

Delivery time: the courier picks up the order before afternoon and delivers it to you after. Orders that are delivered by us can be delivered during the day.

Add-On Orders & Combined Shipments

If you place multiple orders, we can combine them for shipping. If a previous order has not yet been processed for shipping, we can wait to ship the new order along with it.

Refund & Exchange Policy

Final Sale: Due to the nature of our business and the perishable nature of our products, all plants are final sale and cannot be refunded, exchanged, or returned. Order can't be cancelled.

Live Plant Guarantee: We offer a live plant arrival guarantee policy. Upon receiving your order, please inspect the contents carefully. If you receive a dead or incorrect item, contact us within 5 hours of delivery with photos and videos of the issue for us to assess and assist. Please refrain from repotting or making any changes to the plant’s environment, as doing so will void the guarantee.

Pests

We care and treat our plants well and all plants go through the treatment before we add them for sale. They are also checked once an order is placed to confirm that plant is ready to go home.

Even in this case we can't 100% guarantee that it is pest free, as it can never shows up in our conditions but can be active after stress or at another place. They are part of nature that can come through our or your window.

Please quarantine all the plants you buy.

There are many little bugs that are beneficial for your plant, such as soil mites and springtails. They are part of a balanced ecosystem eating decaying material and aerate the mix while proving some fertilizer

Names of the plants

Our suppliers provide the names, that we always check. But there are many changes happen around the plant names and categories, and many growers create their own commercial name. We try to catch up with these changes and use a botanical name, but we can't guarantee that it is the most correct or updated one.
